2020 Election STOLEN By CIA & Dominion Voter Systems

The CIA powerful supercomputer system known as THE HAMMER with its application SCORECARD was deployed to steal the 2020 election from President Donald J. Trump, as was done earlier to help Obama and Biden.

Our beloved United States of America is now a Banana Republic. The Dominion Voter Systems with the software of the Smartmatic voting machines from Venezuela were used in 30 states and Puerto Rico to commit massive election fraud. They were assisted by the CIA, crooked poll workers and supervisors, Democratic mayors and governors and leaders of the Marxist Democratic Party in Congress, Big Tech, and the corrupt media, including Fox News.

Even though the state legislatures have not certified a winner, votes are still being counted and in others recounted. The Trump campaign is in the process of filing multiple lawsuits, the media has proclaimed Joe Biden as president elect. However, the media does not determine who wins elections. The American people do, through the Electoral College, and when it is litigated, courts will play a role.

Unfortunately, America today look a lot like Venezuela, Nicaragua, Cuba, and Third World and communist nations that commit election fraud in every election.

OPERATION THE HAMMER and its application SCORECARD were used in the 2020 elections and in the past

Obama’s Operation THE HAMMER was one of the worst scandals in American history. Deep State CIA operators used it in the 2020 elections.

While Barack Obama was president and with the help of FBI Director Robert Mueller, CIA Director John Brennan, and Director of Intelligence James Clapper, he spied on over 20 million Americans including businessman Donald J. Trump and members of his family, and I. This illegal surveillance included members of Congress, Supreme Court, 159 federal judges, FISA court judges, Wall Street executives, and others for blackmail and leverage.

Operation Hammer was exposed by whistleblower Dennis Lee Montgomery who was born on July 9, 1953. Montgomery worked for the CIA, DIA, and NSA from 2003 to 2010.

Dennis Montgomery stole 47 hard drives of this illegal domestic surveillance. He unsuccessfully tried to obtain whistleblower protection. Montgomery was forced to return his 47 hard drives to FBI Director James Comey who then covered up all these crimes. In August of 2015, Montgomery turned over to the FBI 47 hard drives that contained over 600 million pages of illegally harvested domestic surveillance data. Included in those 47 hard drives was illegally harvested information on Donald Trump, General Michael Flynn, and their families.

FBI General Counsel James Baker sent FBI agents to the South Florida Field Office to take possession of Montgomery’s 47 hard drives. Comey and Baker buried Montgomery’s whistleblower evidence, Montgomery later said. Sadly, the mainstream and even the conservative media have refused to cover this important scandal, known as OPERATION HAMMER!

All the mainstream media newspapers, magazines, and television channels, as well as the Communist Democratic Party, have repeatedly called President Donald J. Trump a liar, a Hitler, a racist, and a Russian spy for accusing Barack Obama and officials from his administration of committing treason. The President called this scandal “Obamagate.”

Larry Klayman was born on July 20, 1951. Whistleblower Dennis Montgomery is being represented by lawyer Larry Klayman.

Klayman is a prominent activist, an international lawyer, and a journalist who has written two books, Fatal Neglect: the United States Government’s Continuing Failure to Protect American Citizens from Terrorism (2007) and Whores: Why and How I Came to Fight the Establishment (2009). During the administration of President Ronald Reagan, Larry Klayman was a Justice Department prosecutor.

Klayman founded Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, both outstanding organizations that are government watchdog groups. These organizations also promote ethics in government and individual freedoms and liberties. Larry Klayman is a frequent commentator on television and radio as well as a weekly columnist for WND.com. He also writes a regular blog for Newsmax called “Klayman’s Court.” According to Klayman, Montgomery also said intelligence agencies had manipulated voting in Florida during the 2008 presidential election.

In response to the deaths, sickness, and destruction of America’s prosperous economy by the Chinese communist regime, Larry Klayman has filed a lawsuit of $20 trillion in damages. Larry Klayman wrote an article on WND.com titled “The Whistleblower Devin Nunes Must Hear From” which was published on March 24, 2017. Klayman explained that on March 20, 2017, he delivered a letter to Congressman Nunes and the then Chairman of the House of Representatives Select Committee on Intelligence and all the members of the House Select Committee on Intelligence. Klayman urged the committee to investigate the “widespread illegal surveillance, not just of President Donald J. Trump and his team both before and after his inauguration but also of hundreds of millions of other innocent Americans by the intelligence agencies.”

California Republican Congressman Devin Nunes was the former Chairman of the House of Representatives Select Committee on Intelligence.

Klayman gave the name of the whistleblower Dennis Montgomery to the House of Representatives Intelligence Committee. Dennis Montgomery, who as a former National Security Agency (NSA) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) contractor, left the spy agencies with 47 hard drives and over 600 million pages of information. Klayman obtained a grant of limited immunity for Montgomery from FBI Director James Comey.

James Clapper was Obama’s Director of National Intelligence.

Clapper was Obama’s Director of National Intelligence from August 9, 2010 to January 20, 2017. He committed perjury when he told Congress that the NSA did not spy on Americans. Clapper later admitted that he lied to Congress which is a felony yet received no punishment.

Communist and Wahabi Muslim John Brennan was Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) from March 8, 2013 to January 20, 2017.

During his time as CIA Director, it was revealed that the United States government conducted massive global surveillance, including heads of nations who are allies of America and illegally on 20 million Americans. While Brennan was director of the CIA, his agency hacked into the computers of Senate employees who were working on a report dealing with the tortures of captured prisoners by the CIA abroad. Brennan is a deep state operative who has severely criticized Donald Trump on national television, something never done by any other CIA director in history. Brennan converted to Wahhabi Islam and voted for the Communist Party USA candidate Gus Hall before he worked for the CIA.

Larry Klayman wrote that in addition to the mass surveillance revealed by Edward Snowden, the CIA and the NSA spied on “anyone who was anyone” in terms of their perceived status in society during the Obama administration. He believes that the reason for the mass surveillance of prominent people and judges was the potential for extortion and blackmail by the Obama administration. Klayman is outraged that despite Dennis Montgomery coming forward, FBI Director James Comey, his General Counsel and Special Agents James Baker, and FBI Special Agents Walter Giardina and William Barnett have sat and refused to act on this scandalous information up to now.

Klayman said that it was for this reason he contacted the then Chairman Devon Nunes and the other members of the House Intelligence Committee about this cover-up. Klayman wanted the Intel Committee to allow Montgomery to testify and produce proof of this “Orwellian Big Brother” violation of the constitutional rights, not only President Donald J. Trump but of 20 million other Americans.

Klayman pointed out that the then Chairman Nunes has even asked whistleblowers like Montgomery to come forward. He said that “all of Montgomery’s classified information is currently in the possession of the FBI, as well as a video of his three-hour interview before Special Agents Giardina and Barnett, at FBI Field Headquarters in Washington, D.C.”

Klayman regrets that FBI Director Comey failed to disclose this information to the House Intelligence Committee when he testified in open session on March 20, 2017, which was the same day that he delivered his letter to Chairman Nunes.

Klayman, as well as this writer who have said many times that America is a police state, raised the following question: “How can this nation function and the citizenry live in freedom if they are subjected to what is in effect and in practice a police state, forecast by George Orwell in his famous book 1984? How can I talk with my clients as a lawyer, and preserve our attorney-client and work product privileges, when our communications are subject to surveillance, and how can the president and his team carry out the affairs of state if they are under the gun of corrupt and dishonest intelligence agency czars like Clapper and Brennan, who wield the power to destroy them, as they did with General Michael Flynn most recently. Of course, we cannot!” Klayman explained in his letter to Chairman Nunes and the Committee that the future of United States hangs in the balance. He said it is time for good men in the Trump administration and the few in Congress, like Chairman Nunes, to “clean house of the cockroaches that infest our body politic and threaten to bring the nation down.”

James Comey became FBI Director on September 4, 2013, after being nominated by President Barack Obama and confirmed by the Senate.

Klayman pointed out that whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, who is risking his life and liberty to reveal this continuing threat to America may not live much longer, as he suffers from a potentially fatal brain aneurism. He concluded his article by stating the following: “And, that is why Chairman Nunes and the House Intelligence Committee must move quickly, unlike the apparently compromised FBI Director James Comey, to get to the truth. And, when all of this truth comes out, from Montgomery and other sources, the criminally minded, like former Obama Director of National Intelligence Clapper and former Obama CIA Director John Brennan and their pro-Obama minions still embedded in the intelligence agencies, and perhaps even former President Obama himself, must be indicted, prosecuted and ultimately convicted of high crimes against not just President Trump and his team, but also against all Americans.”

Klayman concluded by stating: “In short, the time has finally come for the corrupt political and government elite to be held to account before the non-discriminatory blind bar of Lady Justice, to prevent this tyranny from ever occurring again! If we fail in this quest, all of our freedoms will be forever lost!”

The CIA steals the 2020 elections

U.S. Air Force (Retired) Lt. General Thomas McInerney was born on March 15, 1937.

On November 4, 2020, U.S. Air Force (Retired) Lt. General Thomas McInerney, author Mary Fanning, and former White House National Security Council official in the Trump administration Rich Higgins were interviewed in the Brannon Howse radio program. They said that it would be a disaster for America if Joe Biden became President since he would be a national security threat due to being compromised by the Communist Chinese and government of Russia.

They explained the following: “In February 2009, the Obama administration commandeered a powerful supercomputer system known as THE HAMMER. THE HAMMER includes an exploit application known as SCORECARD that is capable of hacking into elections and stealing the vote, according to CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, who designed and built THE HAMMER. The whistleblower tapes, confidential audio recordings released by U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow’s courtroom in November 2015, revealed that SCORECARD was deployed by the Obama team against Florida election computers to steal the 2012 presidential election on behalf of President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden. SCORECARD is now being activated to steal the vote on behalf of Joe Biden once again. Biden utilized THE HAMMER and SCORECARD while running for Vice President in 2012. Votes are again being stolen on Joe Biden’s behalf as he runs for President of the United States in 2020. This time, SCORECARD is stealing votes in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, and Arizona, according to Montgomery.”

General McInerney, Fanning, and Higgins explained that SCORECARD steals elections by tampering with the computers at the transfer points of state election computer systems and outside third-party election data vaults as votes are being transferred. The Obama White House had an encrypted VPN to access THE HAMMER at will with his Deep State CIA officials. The three of them said that in August 2015, CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery provided the FBI and the DOJ with evidence stored in 47 hard drives that implicates Robert Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden, in illegal activities, Montgomery states.

As revealed by the more than 40,000 emails, messages, and videos in the laptop of Hunter Biden, Montgomery found out that among the 600 million pages of documents stored on those 47 hard drives of electronic data that he turned over to the FBI were 10,000 pages of documents regarding Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. The 10,000 pages of documents regarding Hunter Biden and Joe Biden included videos and images. The corrupt FBI officials have been covering up all the crimes of Joe Biden and his family. Montgomery said that in 2003 the U.S. government continuously targeted Joe Biden and Hunter Biden with electronic surveillance via THE HAMMER. On February 3, 2009, Brennan and Clapper moved THE HAMMER to Fort Washington, Maryland and began using the foreign surveillance system for domestic surveillance, targeting President Obama’s political enemies for “blackmail and leverage.” Montgomery, as a CIA contractor, worked for John Brennan and James Clapper. 

As explained earlier, Dennis Montgomery became a whistleblower upon learning how the Obama administration had turned THE HAMMER against Americans. Montgomery received two limited immunity agreements from the DOJ and the FBI in exchange for evidence production and testimony. Montgomery originally designed and built THE HAMMER in 2003 as a foreign surveillance system to protect America after 9/11. 

Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons on his death bed told his longtime friend Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney that THE HAMMER is the key to the coup against President Trump. The CIA used a super-surveillance government tool for foreign surveillance and turned it against America. They are using it to steal the Presidential election of 2020.

General McInerney, Fanning, and Higgins stated the following:

* CIA contractor Dennis Montgomery built THE HAMMER in 2003 as a foreign surveillance tool to keep America safe from terrorists after 9/11 and to protect U.S. troops on the battlefield. Robert Mueller’s FBI provided the computers for THE HAMMER.

* THE HAMMER foreign surveillance system featured multiple echelons of safeguards and signoffs to prevent U.S. personnel, up to and including the President of the United States, from using the system for unlawful domestic surveillance.

* On February 3, 2009, two weeks after President Obama’s inauguration, Brennan and Clapper moved THE HAMMER to a secret CIA facility in Fort Washington, Maryland. After Dennis Montgomery saw Brennan and Clapper commandeer THE HAMMER foreign surveillance tool and transform it into a domestic surveillance system for blackmail and leverage, Montgomery became a whistleblower.

* In 2013, Dennis Montgomery alerted multiple officials in Washington D.C. that THE HAMMER was being used to conduct illegal domestic surveillance. Montgomery even sent faxes to President Obama and Vice President Biden to alert them about the ongoing illegal domestic surveillance.

* Brennan and Clapper used THE HAMMER to spy on Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, 156 Article III judges, FISA Court Presiding Judge Reggie Walton, Members of Congress, Wall Street executives, Rudy Giuliani, Lt. General Michael Flynn, Donald Trump, Trump Tower, multiple Trump businesses, and members of the Trump family. Brennan and Clapper spied on Donald Trump because the CIA feared Trump. Brennan and Clapper wiretapped Donald Trump “a zillion time.”

* The Obama Whitehouse could access THE HAMMER at will through an encrypted VPN. 

* In August 2015, Dennis Montgomery, under a limited immunity agreement, provided FBI General Counsel James Baker and FBI Director James Comey with 47 computer hard drives of evidence proving that Brennan and Clapper had used THE HAMMER to conduct illegal domestic surveillance. Included on the 47 hard drives was 10,000 pages of documents regarding Hunter Biden.

* In December 2015, Dennis Montgomery, under a second limited immunity agreement, provided the FBI and the DOJ with sworn testimony about THE HAMMER and the contents of the 47 hard drives. THE HAMMER framework could throw multiple exploit applications. The Obama team used a HAMMER application called SCORECARD to steal the 2012 presidential election in Florida.

* The Biden campaign is using SCORECARD to steal the 2020 presidential election (they have NOT turned off THE HAMMER).

On November 7, 2020, Cliff Kincaid wrote an article titled “Lies. Fraud, and Computers Glitches” that was published in the America’s Survival website. Eventhough the fake media news reports, including Fox News, announced that Joe Biden is president elect, Biden has not yet been certified as president. It is non-stop propaganda that somehow does not get flagged by Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube. Twitter is again censoring the President and others. The official certification of results must take place in every state. Legislatures can reject the Biden “victory” based on fraud.

Kincaid explained that the fraud is evident to anyone following the election returns. He said that Catholic writer Vic Biorseth stated:  “We saw Trump winning handily in all of the swing states, until he hit 95 % or so at about 1:00 pm, when, as if on a signal, every one of the swing states stopped counting for three hours with no explanation of why they stopped. Was that signal related to “glitches” in computer voting that gave thousands of Trump votes to Biden?”

Kincaid pointed out that constitutional attorney Sidney Powell explained on Lou Dobbs Fox News show on November 6, 2020, how special computer programs developed by U.S. intelligence agencies can be used to hack into voting machines and steal or alter votes.Powell, who is the attorney for General Michael T. Flynn, said, “They need to investigate the likelihood that 3% of the vote total was changed in the pre-election voting ballots that were collected digitally by using THE HAMMER program and the software program called SCORECARD. That would have amounted to a massive change in the vote that would have gone across the country and explains a lot of what we are seeing.”

Powell continued explaining that “In addition, they ran an algorithm to calculate votes that they might need to come up with Mr. Biden in specific areas. It happened in Michigan where the computer glitch resulted in a change in votes of about 5,500 in favor of President Trump just in one of 47 districts. All of those districts need to be checked for that same QUOTE software glitch END QUOTE that would change the vote for Michigan dramatically. The same thing is happening in other states. We’ve had hundreds of thousands of ballots mysteriously appear solely for Mr. Biden which is statistically impossible as a matter of mathematics. It can all be documented.”

Kincaid stated the following: “All of this helps us understand why more than 200 former military leaders put their names on an open letter to President Trump before the election, endorsing him and warning that the Democratic Party was becoming a home to socialists and Marxists and threatening our historic way of life. General McInerney was a signer. It appears that, in addition to using Big Tech to censor opposition to this emerging Marxist state, the intelligence agencies are using their own version of Big Tech to make sure Biden won.”

President Trump explained that “Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor. In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not permitted meaningful access to watch the counting process.”

On November 6, 2020, Steven Nelson wrote an article called “Michigan Republicans claim software issue undercounted Trump votes” that was published by the New York Post.

Steven Nelson explained that Republicans are pointing to the small Michigan County of Antrim as evidence that vote-counting software of Dominion Voting Systems used in the state has taken votes for Trump and give them to Biden. The votes were also given to Democratic Senator Gary Peters instead of GOP candidate John James. When was Biden ahead by 146,123 votes in Michigan with 98% of ballots counted, the Associated Press and major news networks declared him the winner in that state.

Nelson reported that Michigan GOP Chairwoman Laura Cox said on November 6, 2020 at press conference that “in Antrim County, ballots were counted for Democrats that were meant for Republicans, causing a 6,000-vote swing against our candidates. The county clerk came forward and said, ‘tabulating software glitched and caused a miscalculation of the votes.’” Cox added that “since then, we have now discovered that 47 counties used this same software in the same capacity,” or more than half of Michigan’s 83 counties. She urged those counties to “closely examine their results for similar discrepancies.” Cox added that the state’s GOP found that 47 of 83 counties use the same software.

Trump’s campaign posted her remarks on Twitter. Republicans in Michigan are expanding their investigation into Dominion Voting Systems after a county-level counting error switched Republican votes to Democrat last week.

On November 8, 2020, Rudy Giuliani, the personal attorney to President Trump, estimated his team will have four or five lawsuits over alleged voter fraud in battleground states by the end of the week. He said that Trump is right not to concede. “It really would be wrong for him at this point it be wrong for him to concede,” Giuliani told Maria Bartiromo in Sunday Morning Futures on Fox News  “There is strong evidence that this was an election that at least three or four states and possibly 10, it was stolen. In other words, it was based on false votes. Now you can’t let that election go into history without challenging that,” he added.

President Trump lawyer Sidney Powell said on the same program that computer “glitches” were used by Democrats to flip votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden, and that she will “fight tooth and nail in federal court to expose this abject fraud.” Powell said she has seen evidence of massive fraud.

Powell stated the following: “To manufacture votes for Joe Biden, they have done it in every way imaginable. From having dead people vote in massive numbers to absolutely fraudulently creating ballots that exist only voting for Biden. We have identified at least 450,000 ballots in the key states that miraculously only have a mark for Joe Biden on them and no other candidate.” She said that vote-counting software and hardware manufactured by Dominion Voting Systems was used to “flip” votes from Trump to Biden.

Dominion’s equipment was used in 30 states, including Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, Georgia, and Arizona, where the Trump campaign has alleged that fraud took place. Powell claimed that computer “glitches” in Dominion’s software were used to tilt the vote against Michigan Senate hopeful John James and Georgia Congressman Doug Collins. Powell added that “There were many people affected by this. We have got to fight tooth and nail in federal court to expose this abject fraud and the conspiracy behind it.” Recounts and audits, Powell concluded, are needed in “frankly most of the country.”

Dominion Voting Systems computers were used to steal the 2020 elections and others in the past

John Poulos is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Dominion Voting Systems. He co-founded the company in 2003 in Toronto, Canada.

On November 8, 2020, Sidney Powell said during a Fox News interview with Maria Bartiromo were Nadeam Elshami, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s former chief of staff who last year became a lobbyist for Dominion, and Richard Blum, California Senator Dianne Feinstein’s husband, who she said is a significant shareholder in the company.

“They have invested in it for their own reasons and are using it to commit this fraud to steal votes. I think they’ve even stolen them from other Democrats in their own party who should be outraged about this also,” Powell said. The attorney also suggested that Dominion had a hand in tilting the primaries in Joe Biden’s favor. “Bernie Sanders might very well have been the democratic candidate but they’ve stolen against whoever they wanted to steal it from,” Powell said.

Dominion Voting Systems purchased Sequoia, Premier/Diabold. The software of the Smartmatic voting machines that are used in Venezuela to steal elections are inside of the Dominion electronic machines. That is why Sidney Powell has denounced Dominion. This writer wrote about Dominion and voter massive voter fraud in 2008 and 2012 in his book America in Decline which was published in 2014.

Past elections fraud and cover ups

During the 2012 presidential election, as in the 2008 election, there were major irregularities and massive fraud. People in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina reported that when they clicked Romney on the electronic voting machines, Obama’s name appeared. In Ohio, two election judges were fired for allowing people that were not registered to vote. Others in the same state said that, when they went to vote, they were told that they had already voted with absentee ballots which they had not filled out and voted. In Ohio’s Woods County, 106,258 people were registered to vote although only 98,213 were eligible to do so. That was a discrepancy of 108%.

In Cuyahoga County, which includes most of Cleveland, in 21 of its precincts people voted 100% for Obama. In 59 precincts in Philadelphia 19,600 votes were cast for Obama and not one for Romney. Currently this city is the epicenter of fraud being committed and an investigation revealed that dead people registered and voted . Even though these parts of Cleveland and Philadelphia are inhabited by African Americans, at the national level, 93% of African Americans voted for Obama and 7% for Romney. It is strange that not even one vote, by mistake, was cast for Romney. The total of votes in Ohio and Pennsylvania for Obama were, indeed, statistical miracles.

A study by the Pew Center found out that 1.75 million dead people are registered to vote in the nation. The newspaper the Columbus Dispatch found out that in Ohio 1 of 5 registered voters are ineligible to vote.

The software of the Venezuelan electronic voting machines with the Venezuelan software Smartmatic was used in 17 states and the District of Columbia in 2012. Smartmatic electronic voting machines have been used to steal elections for many years by the late Venezuelan bloody dictator Hugo Chávez and by mass-murderer Nicolás Maduro. All electronic voting machines can be easily altered or tampered with software and/or viruses that insert malicious code and alter vote totals in less than a minute.

In 17 Democratic-controlled states, identification to vote is not required. Thus, undocumented and other non-citizens are able to vote. In some states, one person can request multiple absentee ballots. There will never have fair and transparent elections until all electronic voting machines are banned forever. Additionally, each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia must require identification to vote and should stop issuing multiple absentee ballots to one individual.

The Justice Department must prosecute with vigor all election fraud and irregularities. The very corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder refused to investigate the massive vote fraud in 2008 and 2012. He filed lawsuits against Texas and South Carolina when these states passed laws requiring their citizens to present identification with a picture before they cast a ballot.

Was our 2012 presidential election honest and fair? The former community organizer Barack Obama has followed the Alinsky philosophy during his entire life that states that the ends justify the means.Of course, Attorney General Eric Holder will not investigate anything regarding the 2012 election as he refused to investigate the thousands of fraudulent ballots that ACORN employees completed in 2008 in many swing states or the white voter intimidation by members of the New Black Panther Party that occurred in Philadelphia.

Hillary Clinton committed many crimes as Secretary of State along with Obama and other crimes when she ran for president in 2016. Joe Biden with his family also ran a world-wide criminal enterprise taking money from China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Romania and enriching themselves with tens of millions and seriously damaging the national security as the Clintons did also. All these crimes were committed with complete impunity.

The failure of the Justice Department and the FBI to indict them has emboldened them. Now Joe Biden, with the help of the CIA and the Dominion Voting Systems, Big Tech, the corrupt media, including Fox News, the Communist Democratic Party, corrupt poll workers with local and state election supervisors, and Democratic mayors and governors, has stolen the 2020 elections.
