The controversial infanticide bill AB 2223 is making its way rapidly through the California state legislature, passing the Health committee, the Judicial committee, and now is in the Appropriations committee, in spite of rallies against it of thousands of people and thousands of letters and phone calls of opposition coming into the offices of the state legislators. It is as if state legislators no longer represent their constituents; they just represent those who pay them the most money.
How much money Does Planned Parenthood Give to Candidates? I was not able to find the amount given to California state legislators, but here is how much was given to Democrat Congressional Candidates for 18 years from 2000 to 2018: 2018: $806,596 2016: $773,837 2014: $688,454 2012: $882,010 2010: $343,460 2008: $560,797 2006: $187,442 2004: $556,497 2002: $416,210 2000: $392,024 – In total – $5,607,327. For the same time, 18 years, this is how much was given by PP to Republicans Congressional Candidates – just $203,913. [1]
No One Will Be Held Responsible for Killing a Child: If AB 2333 becomes law, infanticide will become legal in California. The bill uses the words “persons aren’t subject to liability or penalty based on their actions or omissions with respect to their pregnancy or actual, potential, or alleged pregnancy outcome, including miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion, or perinatal death due to a pregnancy-related cause.” The phrase of concern is “perinatal death,” which generally means “infant death well after birth.” The bill essentially is thus allowing a mother permission to terminate her baby’s life up to a month after birth with no punishment for her or for the doctor or staff performing the killing.[2]
One of the many pastors who attended and spoke at the anti-AB2223 rally April 19 in front of the Capitol was the popular Pastor Jack Hibbs of the Chino Hills Calvary Chapel, a mega church with over 7,000 members. He stated, “The law, if passed, prevents an investigation or an autopsy on why the child died. It is literally unbelievable!” He added, “God is a God of life…” (speaking to the state legislators) “… that you’re assuming the position of God—that you have no right.”[3]
California Tax Paying Dollars Will Partly Pay for These Killings as They Are Already Doing with Abortions: Will that make us all guilty because our tax dollars are assisting in murder? “Planned Parenthood is the largest abortion business in America, aborting approximately 320,000 unborn babies every year. The national arm’s most recent annual report showed a record income of $1.46 billion, with about half a billion dollars coming from taxpayers.” California is one of a dozen states that forces taxpayers to pay for elective abortions.[4]
California Abortion Chain Has Profited Hugely off Hardworking Taxpayers: In March, the nonpartisan Government Accountability Office released a report about the taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood and noted “that the Mar Monte branch (of San Jose, CA) had reaped in $229 million between 2013 and 2015.”[5]
According to its annual report, for 2017 – 2018, Planned Parenthood performed 332,757 abortions in that year and received $563.8 million in federal funding or “Government Health Services Reimbursements & Grants,” a fancier sounding name – but still means tax paying dollars paid for it.[6]
AB 2333 will Make Organ Extraction Much Easier: AB 2223 will make it so much easier for Planned Parenthood or for any other group performing the murder of babies to be able to extract organs from these babies without actually having to perform an abortion – just let the baby go to full term and be born naturally. The extracted organs and other baby parts will be larger – they will get more for the sale of these parts, and maybe the mother will even get money as well. Could that be what will entice her to go along with this infanticide?
California will Become a Sanctuary Abortion State: The goal of Governor Newsom and others who support this bill would like California to become an abortion refuge center for the rest of the nation. Women in other states (where the state legislators had enough belief in sanctuary of life to pass laws prohibiting late term abortions and infanticide), could come to California and receive free lodging and free services to have their abortion or infanticide performed here, again with tax paying dollars paying for it. “Care – No Matter What?” – This is the slogan that is shown on every sign in front of Planned Parenthood Clinics: What does “care” really mean to PP? Could it be “care” for the $millions they are raking in – not just from the millions of abortions they perform each year, but especially for the baby organ tissues and other parts that they sell, which has become their most lucrative business. Obviously PP could care less for the mothers who will be haunted the rest of their lives with feelings of guilt for what they allowed to happen and the killing of their little child, and PP could care less about the excruciating pain that the babies feel as their organ tissues are extracted while they are still alive!
Yes, Organs are Extracted While the Baby is Still Alive: In writing my book about the COVID vaccines, Unmasking the Masquerade, Vol II, I found out that all three of the COVID vaccines used in America today contain aborted fetal cells. I quoted from a testimony from Dr. Theresa Deisher PhD, a graduate of Stanford, a holder of 23 patents and the first to discover adult cardiac stem cells. She was interviewed by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on June 15, 2020, about the use of aborted fetal organ tissues being used in vaccines. She explained that in order to collect coveted fetal heart or other organ tissues, “a baby must be alive for the extraction to be viable.”
Kennedy asked how that happens? Deisher explained that the doctors induce labor and use a “water bag” abortion to shorten the delivery time and prevent the death of the fetus to ensure liveintact organs,” which are immediately sent to the labs for cell preparation. She said that the baby has to be at least “five to six months old (in the womb) so that their hearts can be obtained beating.”
She added, “And they have to be beating to be used in the research that’s being done. If the heart has stopped beating, it’s not useful. You cannot use it. And so these babies are delivered alive, and their hearts cut out without anesthesia.” She adds, “I wouldn’t do that to a mouse.”[8]
“Cruel and Unusual Punishment:” Can you imagine what it must feel like for a tiny infant to have its organs cut out of its body while still alive? We have a provision in our U.S. Constitution that is supposed to protect a person against such torture. It is Amendment VIII of the Bill of Rights that states “nor cruel or unusual punishment inflicted.” This is about as cruel and unusual as any torture could ever be! And for what crime is this punishment being inflicted? The tiny infant is innocent and has done no wrong. It just desired the right to be born, the right to life. Obviously, the evil people performing such heinous acts try to justify their deeds by calling the infant a “glob of protoplasm or a fetus” that has no right to life. They never refer to it as a baby – a human baby.
Child Sacrifices: I remember hearing about some of the terrible, heinous, barbarous acts of child sacrifices that people did in ancient America among the pre-Mayan and pre-Aztec Indians, as well as in ancient Babylon and Israel where parents would allow their children to be offered as sacrifices to be burned alive on the alters of such idol gods as Moloch and Baal, thinking some blessing would be given in return. There are several scriptures that tell of such practices going on in the Old Testament: Jeremiah 7:31, II Kings 16:3, Leviticus 18:21.
The Lord called all of these sacrifices an abomination! He would call them the same today. And there will be no blessing, just the opposite, a curse. Many believe that after close to 64 million abortions have taken place in our nation today – since Roe vs Wade was passed in 1973[9] – that the judgments of God are upon us. Is that why we have both Newsom and Biden in office today, why we have had so many freedoms taken away, why we are already facing enormously high inflation, possible drought, and soon widespread food shortages?
How Much Money is being Made in the Fetal Organ Selling Business? According to the following chart that is shown on the website Prepare for Change.net, the selling of aborted fetal tissue is very lucrative. In a Congressional House committee hearing August 12, 2019, about the selling of fetal organs, it was revealed that in the span of a year, “one research institution paid a middleman company $42,535 to obtain 38 fetal brains, 12 fetal hearts, three fetal upper/lower limbs, five fetal livers, and 12 fetal pancreases.”
The committee’s documents include payments made from a middleman procurement company to an abortion clinic on a monthly basis. Those dollar amounts range “from $6,010 to $11,365.”[10]
StemExpress is the Biggest Procurement Company in the Business: – they have their technicians inside abortion facilities to harvest aborted babies’ body parts. These technicians receive patients’ private medical records and are permitted to interview patients, the Congressional House committee found out.
The technicians are paid hourly and receive a per tissue “bonus” for each item they procure; StemExpress then pays the abortion facility for each fetal tissue and blood sample, according to the panel’s investigation. They also appeared to be negotiating sales with customers while abortions were taking place – “presumably before they obtained informed consent to procure the fetal tissue.”
There were a series of graphic emails between a StemExpress employee and a potential buyer who wanted an aborted baby’s skull and limbs. In one email exchange, the employee wrote, “There is one [abortion] case currently in the room, I will let you know how the limbs and calvarium [skull] look to see if you are able to take them in about 15 minutes.”
What Can We Do to Try to Stop AB 2223 and other Similar Legislation? In spite of what the Congressional House Committee found out in their 2019 hearing investigation, Planned Parenthood and StemExpress and other procurement companies are allowed to continue on – probably because of the enormous amount of money that they have to lobby and bribe politicians both in state legislature and in Congress. It would certainly help to stop half of that money coming in to support them by stopping our taxes going to them. There is a petition circulating asking for such – please defund Planned Parenthood. Please sign it and get your friends to as well.[11] Please tell others what a giant industry PP’s selling of aborted fetal parts and organs is. The more people find out about this, the more we can possibly turn the tide against it and stop it.
