“Let me tell you: You Take on the Intelligence community—They have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.” Senate Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow.
On May 18, 2023, Candace Hathaway wrote an article titled “FBI retaliated against whistleblowers who exposed bureau’s ‘politicized rot’ by revoking security clearance, suspending employees: House report” that was published in the Blaze News website.
The Report pointed out that “Some of these employees—Special Agents Garret O’Boyle and Stephen Friend, Supervisory Intelligence Analyst George Hill, and Staff Operations Specialist Marcus Allen—have chosen to speak on the record about their experiences. The disclosures from these FBI employees highlight egregious abuse, misallocation of law-enforcement resources, and misconduct by the leadership ranks of the FBI.
The three whistleblowers accused the FBI of opening unfair investigations into individuals who attended the political rally in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021. They said that the FBI had no specific indication that 138 of the people “were involved in any way in criminal activity.” “The only basis for investigating these people was that they shared buses to Washington with two individuals who entered restricted areas of the Capitol that day,” the Report explained.
Hathaway explained that the FBI’s Washington Field Office refused to share video evidence “out of fear it would disclose undercover officers or confidential human sources inside the Capitol,” whistleblowers said. They also testified that the FBI pressured its staff to “reclassify cases as domestic violent extremism (DVE), and even manufactured DVE cases where they may not otherwise exist.” By inflating the cases, the FBI made it appear that DVE was increasing in the nation.
Special Agent Garret O’Boyle testified that the FBI moved him to a different location across the country. O’Boyle said that immediately after moving his family, the bureau placed him on an unpaid suspension. He stated that his family was effectively “homeless” and that he could not access their belongings because they were in FBI storage.
Special Agent Steve Friend said that his security clearance was revoked, making him unable to perform his duties. As a result, the FBI subsequently suspended him indefinitely, he stated. Friend testified he was not allowed to seek outside employment during his suspension.
The Report said that Staff Operations Specialist Marcus Allen had his security clearance revoked after “simply performing duties of his job.” Allen said he sent open-source news articles and videos related to the January 6 protest to his colleagues for “situational awareness.” The Report explained that “Because these open-source articles questioned the FBI’s handling of the violence at the Capitol, the FBI suspended Allen for ‘conspiratorial views in regard to the events of January 6th.” Additionally, the Report said that, like Friend, Allen was not given approval to find outside employment during his suspension.
Hathaway concluded her article by saying that “One of the FBI whistleblowers called the bureau cancerous because it has let itself become enveloped in this politicization and weaponization. The Report accused the bureau of engaging in a purge of agents who hold conservative beliefs.”
The FBI said that it had acted correctly in suspending the three whistleblowers.
FBI and DOJ undercover operatives involved on January 6 protests in D.C.
We are now aware that FBI informers had infiltrated the people who gathered at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. On May 20, 2023, Zachary Stieber wrote in The Epoch Times that “the FBI abused its surveillance powers while spying on suspects in the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol and Black Lives Matter protesters, a federal court said in a newly unsealed ruling.”
On May 19, 2023, the Patriot Clash published an article titled “Breaking! FBI Confirms Agents Embedded During Jan 6.” It reported that Congressman Matt Gaetz said that the government had numerous operatives at the January 6 protests in Washington D.C. The Biden Department of Justice revealed that they had at least 40 undercover operatives with the Proud Boys on that day. The FBI also admitted to having eight informants inside this organization on November 20.
Patriot Clash stated that a whistleblower recently testified under oath that the FBI would not permit more than 11,000 hours of footage taken on January 6th to be released because it might expose undercover agents committing crimes inside the Capitol building.
Patriot Clash stated the following: “This lends credence to claims that not only was this event a federal set up but, furthermore, that FBI is now actively trying to cover it up. This raises serious questions about the role and responsibility of the FBI in the events of January 6th. How many undercover agents were there? What did they do and say? Did they incite violence or encourage others to breach the Capitol? Did they coordinate with Antifa or other radical groups who infiltrated the protest? And most importantly, why did they lie and cover up their involvement?”
“The American people deserve answers and accountability from the FBI, which has a long history of abusing its power and targeting political dissidents. The Jan. 6th protest was not an insurrection, but a legitimate exercise of free speech and assembly by concerned citizens who love their country and want to preserve their constitutional rights. The FBI’s infiltration and deception are a disgraceful betrayal of trust and a violation of their oath to uphold the law.”
Former President Trump said he and the United States were victims of the FBI
On May 19, 2023, Jeffrey Rodack wrote an article titled “Trump: ‘Also a Victim’ in House ‘Weaponization’ Hearing” that was published by Newsmax website. Rodack explained that former President Donald J. Trump responded to the testimony of the three whistleblowers by saying that he was also a victim of the FBI. The former President wrote on Truth Social the following: “Very sad watching what took place today in Congress regarding Whistleblowers and the FBI. There has never been a time like this in our Country, the complete weaponization of Justice. I am a victim also, but the real victim is the United States of America. Congress must use its purse strings to straighten it out before it is too late! MAGA 2024.”
Rodack said, “This included the investigations into the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the Capitol, the investigations of parents speaking out at school board meetings, and other instances that the Republicans on the committee say show the weaponization of the government against the American people.”
The Special Counsel John Durham’s 306-page Report
On May 16, 2023, Jeff Mordock wrote an article titled “Durham’s Final Report Blats FBI’s Handling of Trump-Russia Probe but Doesn’t Recommend New Charges” that was published in the Washington Times. Mordock said that Durham’s failure to indict any high-ranking FBI officials involved in the Trump-Russia collusion investigation has left conservative activists and Trump supporters questioning why he didn’t pursue prosecutions.
One cannot believe that after a four-year investigation during which Durham interviewed 480 individuals, issued 190 subpoenas, and spent over $6.5 million, he allowed all the top-ranking FBI leaders who committed serious crimes, including election interference in the 2016 presidential elections, to go unpunished. His 306-page Report should have been issued prior to the 2020 presidential election and prior to the 2022 mid-term elections. Justice delay is justice denied. Durham prosecuted three minor cases. None of the three indictments involved the high officials of the FBI who approved the fake investigation based on unverified intelligence and ignored evidence that countered the collusion narrative. Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee were very involved in planning the fake Trump-Russia collusion to harm candidate Donald J. Trump.
Hillary Clinton was not indicted. Durham should have prosecuted former FBI Director James B. Comey, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, current White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, Acting Attorney General Sally Yates, FBI General Counsel James A. Baker, Deputy Assistance Director for Counter Intelligence Peter Strzok and his lover FBI lawyer Lisa Page, former spy for U.K. MI6 Christopher Steele, and DOJ Bruce Ohr and his wife Nellie Ohr.
In another investigation, Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz concluded that James Comey violated FBI and Justice Department policies when he leaked memos detailing his interactions with President Donald J. Trump. Mr. Horowitz referred Comey for criminal prosecution, which is standard practice for suspected wrongdoing. Comey
leaked the memos, which were classified as confidential, to his attorneys and a friend, who later shared them with The New York Times. Sharing confidential government information is a crime. The memos were labeled “confidential” after the chain of events led to their publication in the press. Horowitz referred FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe to the Justice Department for criminal charges for lying to FBI investigators when looking into leaks to the media around the time of the 2016 election.
Special Counsel John Durham indicted three people. FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith declared himself guilty of altering an email related to a warrant seeking court approval to monitor an advisor to Donald Trump. He received probation for one year.
Durham prosecuted Russian Igor Danchenko, an employee of the globalist Brookins Institution, for lying to the FBI, but he was found not guilty by a D.C. jury made up by Democrats in October 2022. Durham also prosecuted a Hillary Clinton’s lawyer for 2016 campaign Michael Sussman for lying to the FBI, but he too was acquitted in May 2022. by a jury made of Democrats in D.C.
Mordock pointed out that in response to the Durham Report, Florida Republican Congressman Daniel Webster said, “When government officials fail to abide by the boundaries set by the U.S. law and the Constitution, there must be accountability. Those who perpetrated this hoax to the American people must go to jail.” Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, stated that
“The report shows a yawning gap between what went on and the prosecutorial response. I think Durham dropped the ball when it came to prosecutions, and this was a glorified administrative review.” Former President Trump administration official Michael Caputo said Durham will encourage more politically motivated criminal investigations by not bringing prosecutions. “By failing to recommend charges against the conspirators, confirmed my two biggest takeaways from the Russia hoax. First, our nation’s justice system is broken beyond repair, shattered into a million pieces. Second, this now-sanctioned sedition will happen again soon, probably in the months ahead,” he said.
On May 17, 2023, Daniel Greenfield wrote an article titled “The Russiagate Players Got Rich and Escaped Consequences” that was published in Front Page Magazine.Greenfield said that despite being fired from the FBI, Peter Strzok wrote a book Compromised: Counterintelligence and the Threat of Donald J. Trump, co-hosted a podcast, and was hired as an adjunct professorship at Georgetown University. Strzok appears frequently as an expert analyst on MSNBC, CNN, and other media. Strzok and his lover Lisa Page are suing the FBI for wrongful termination. Lisa Page taught a class at Yale on Cybersecurity Law and Policy and was hired by NBC News and MSNBC as a legal analyst.
FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe obtained a settlement for his benefits, including back pay from the Biden Justice Department. It is expected that Attorney General Merrick Garland will eventually arrange for a settlement as a reward for Strzok and Page. FBI General Counsel James Baker was hired by the globalist Brookings Institution and Harvard Law School, and he became a top person at Twitter. Baker coordinated censorship for Biden and the intelligence agencies. Elon Musk fired Baker for suppression of information including the Laptop of Hunter Biden.
Greenfield explained that McCabe was hired as a CNN analyst and dismissed in CNN the Durham Report. Even though the Report showed that the FBI had violated its own rules in opening the investigation, McCabe stated “I stand by the investigative decisions that we made to open the investigation first on the Trump campaign and added that, “the Russians did, in fact, influence the campaign”. The Russiagate investigation has been discredited, but none of the participants have any regrets or expect there will be any consequences.
Bruce Ohr, a DOJ official whose wife, Nellie Ohr, worked for Fusion GPS, left a day before he was fired, explained Greenfield. The Durham Report stated Nellie Ohr may have produced some of the key Russiagate material even before the fake dossier by British spy Steele. Bruce Ohr used his wife’s Fusion GPS lies and promoted an investigation. Like McCabe, Ohr is also teaching at George Mason University. His class is on “transnational crime and corruption.” Nellie Ohr works as an intelligence analyst dealing with Russia for Accenture, the world’s largest consulting firm.
Fired FBI Director James Comey wrote a best seller book, A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership, in 2018. He was rewarded for his leaks and lies with tens of thousands of speaker fees and a contract with the Washington Post to write columns.
Senator Josh Hawley Called for the End of the FBI as We Know it and the Prosecution of the Clinton Campaign and Hillary Clinton
On May 21, 2023, Jett Poor wrote an article titled “Hawley: We Need to End the FBI as We Know it” that was published by Breitbart. He said that that Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO), a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, was interviewed on Jesse Watters’ show on May 15, 2023, where he stated the need for consequences considering the information revealed in the Durham Report. Watters asked the senator “What are we going to do now? Are we going to do another report, Senator?” Senator Hawley said that the FBI needed to be overhauled.
Senator Hawley stated the following: “There needs to be a lot more than reports, Jesse. People need to be prosecuted for this. The Clinton campaign and Hillary Clinton herself — is it any coincidence that she is tweeting about collusion at exactly the same time her campaign operatives are feeding this BS to the FBI? I don’t think so. There needs to be consequences for her and also for the FBI.”
The Republican senator added, “FBI leadership has clearly got to be changed. Jesse, I’m of the mind we need to end the FBI as we know it. It needs to be broken up. I mean, clearly, it has become corrupt. The leadership is corrupt. Talk to FBI agents in the field. I was doing in this past week. Great folks in my home state all over the place. But they are not served by this leadership. This leadership has become totally radically politicized, and we have got to change.”
Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene will introduce articles of impeachment against FBI Director Christopher Wray and against DOJ Attorney General Merrick Garland
On May 16, 2023, Henry Rodger wrote an article titled “Exclusive: MTG Introduces Articles Of Impeachment Against FBI Director Christopher Wray” that was published by the Daily Caller website. The Articles of Impeachment state the following:
“Under Wray’s watch, the FBI has intimidated, harassed, and entrapped American citizens that have been deemed enemies of the Biden regime. As such, Director Wray has turned the FBI into Joe Biden and Merrick Garland’s personal police force. The Soviet-style tactics used by the FBI against normal Americans are unprecedented in this country. FBI whistleblower Garret O’Boyle told congressional investigators that the FBI created a terrorist threat tag following the Dobbs Supreme Court decision in 2022. O’Boyle confirmed that the purpose of the tag was to target pro-life individuals. On September 23, 2022, armed FBI agents in tactical gear raided the family home of Mark Houck, a pro-life Catholic and father of 7 young children, because he obstructed access to an abortion clinic.”
“FBI whistleblower Kyle Seraphin obtained a leaked FBI document that targets Traditional Latin Mass Catholics. The document, titled “Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists (RMVE) and their interests in ‘Radical-Traditionalist Catholics’ or RTCs,” was reported out of the Richmond Field Office and dated for January 23, 2023. This leaked document outlined a plan for the FBI to spy on Catholics, particularly Latin Mass-attending Catholics, who, according to the document, have harbored white supremacy. The FBI document indicated intentions to have informants within the Catholic Church, on advice from the Southern Poverty Law Center.”
“In October 2020, a group of men allegedly attempted to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer. Several of the men were acquitted in their cases, as the FBI was found to have entrapped them in the scheme. Most of the members involved with the plot were FBI informants. Not only has Director Wray persecuted political opponents in an unprecedented and partisan way, but he has also overseen his agency take actions to shield and protect the current President and his family. A senior FBI official left the agency under a cloud of accusations that he shielded a laptop belonging to the President’s son, Robert Hunter Biden, from a criminal probe.”
“It is unacceptable for the Director of the FBI or any civil officer to exercise his power in a way that targets one political class while doing favors for the other. Therefore, by the powers vested in Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene as a duly elected Member of the House of Representatives, I am officially introducing Articles of Impeachment against the corrupt FBI Director Christopher Wray.”
Congresswoman Green said she will also file Articles of Impeachment against DOJ Attorney General Merrick Garland. She said that Garland has weaponized the DOJ against Joe Biden’s political enemies. He has targeted parents who are concerned about their children’s education, targeted Christians, and pro-life activists, and raided the home of a President. The Deep State is full of corruption and must be ripped out root and stem.
Conclusion
One way to fight the corruption of the FBI and DOJ is to file Articles of Impeachment as Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has done against FBI Director Christopher Wray and DOJ Attorney General Merrick Garland. Another way is to severely cut the funding for the FBI or change the way the FBI works. The FBI could be decentralized by putting the agency under State Attorneys in the states. The FBI field office in Washington D.C. is very powerful. Its top leaders implemented Operation Crossfire Hurricane.
In one of the biggest scandals in our history, President Donald J. Trump was falsely accused of being a foreign agent of Russia and framed for treason by the top echelon of the FBI and DOJ. Former President Trump continues to be persecuted with a new indictment by the George Soros funded radical Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Trump may be indicted by an Atlanta Grand Jury and a Special Counsel appointed by Attorney General Garland is investigating him. The Deep State wants to destroy the former president because he is a nationalist and America First anti globalist of the New World Order.
The top officials of the FBI and the DOJ are extremely corrupt and have been weaponized against opponents of the Marxist Biden regime. DOJ has labelled parents, who complained about the government schools teaching the communist curricula of Critical Race Theory, Pre-K to 12th Grade Black Lives Matter, and the 1619 NYT project, domestic terrorists. Catholics who attend Latin mass are labelled white supremacist extremists. All MAGA republicans are called a threat to democracy by the Biden Marxist regime.
Unfortunately, all the crimes committed by FBI and DOJ high-ranking officials have been unpunished. The Durham Report, as Michael Caputo said, “will encourage more politically motivated criminal investigations by not bringing prosecutions.” Caputo added, “By failing to recommend charges against the conspirators, confirmed my two biggest takeaways from the Russia hoax. Congressional oversight committees such as the House Judiciary Committee and Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government need to continue a serious inquiry into data manipulation and politicization allegations within the FBI. A comprehensive review must be conducted of the FBI’s practices, policies, and decisions to determine the extent of crimes committed by senior FBI officials. The rank-and-file FBI agents are patriotic and hard-working.
Congress must pass laws to protect whistleblowers within the FBI, DOJ, and other government agencies. They play a crucial role in exposing crimes and misconduct, and their voices must be heard without fear of retaliation.
Restoring public trust in the FBI, DOJ, and all the intelligence services will require addressing their election interference, ending their persecution of political leaders such as former President Trump, and opponents of the Biden regime. Our Republic may die unless all these agencies operate with the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and non-partisanship.
