I had a bad case of Covid19, my husband also had it but his wasn’t as serious. I finally got to the point that I could barley breathe my lungs were severely congested and my husband was trying to talk me into going to the hospital. I refused to go since hearing about other cases where people were being put on a ventilator in the hospital and subsequently dying. I have a daughter who was born with asthma apparently it was genetic and ran in my husband’s family, so I kept Mucinex on hand to give to her whenever it acted up, and it always worked really well for her and that’s what I decided to do. My husband insisted that if it didn’t work he was taking me to the hospital like it or not. I took a full dose at bedtime and it worked, I was able to breathe normally again and got a good night’s sleep for the first time in months.
