Exchanges & Returns Policy


If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, worry not. We are more than happy to replace it at absolutely no cost to you. 

To initiate the exchange process, kindly contact us within 10 days of receiving your product. Provide us with a brief description of the issue and supply photos. We will respond with the necessary instructions.


We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items. See section above.

The product(s) must be returned in original packaging, if available, and in the same condition as when you received them.


In the rare case we do issue a refund, we aim to refund your original payment method within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned product. It’s important to note that the time required for your bank to process the refund may vary, so please allow a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Final Sale Items

Please be aware that items marked as final sale, clearance, last chance, or otherwise indicated as discontinued do not qualify for returns and are ineligible for refunds.
