Mock, who just got back from a trip to Ukraine, offers an inspiring update regarding believers who live in the corrupt and war-torn nation. With all due respect, Christianity in the manner of the Russian ( Ukrainian) Orthodox Church and the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church exploded after the USSR fell. I am eastern rite Catholic (American) and love Jesus as much as you evengelicals. We and the orthodox simply chose the Divine Liturgy of St Basil the Great to worship. The Kievan Rus, (Russia, Bylorus and Ukraine have been orthodox for over 1,000. Years. And they were converted by st methodius and st. Cyril who were sent to Kiev to convert Prince Vladimir. You have no right to tell them that the hyper charismatic/ Pentecostal/ evangelical/ church is the only way to go, these orthodox and Greek Catholic folks were martyred for Christ during the USSR and during 5he holodomor, and they went underground to worship like many other Christian sects did in other communist countries.
