The mining industry and local Republican officials have opposed the move.” Ansari explained that several tribes, including the Baaj Nwaavjo I’Tah Kukveni, and environmentalists wanted protection of their ancestral homelands in the Grand Canyon area. The mining industry opposed banning access to uranium deposits in the area, saying it would undermine the effort to produce more energy in America and increase dependence on Russia for this critical and needed mineral. The reporter said that in 2012, the Obama administration declared a 20-year ban on new uranium mining claims around the Grand Canyon. But now those protections will become permanent in the newly protected areas.
Ansari wrote that Interior Secretary Deb Haaland stated on August 7 the following: “These special places are not a pass-through on the way to the Grand Canyon. They’re sacred and significant in their own right. They should not be open to new mining claims and developed beyond recognition.” The reporter said Democrats in Arizona, including Governor Katie Hobbs, Senator Mark Kelly, Congressman Raúl Grijalva, and independent Senator Kyrsten Sinema, have supported Biden’s designation of a new national monument. Some of Arizona’s congressional Republicans, local officials, and the mining industry have criticized the Obama-era ban on new uranium mining and the current Biden administration designation of the new monument, explaining it will hurt economic growth.
“Why would we permanently cut off access to some of America’s best uranium deposits for no scientific, health, or environmental reasons?” Curtis Moore, senior vice president of marketing and corporate development for uranium producer Energy Fuels, explained. The reporter stated that “The Uranium Producers of America said it opposes the creation of the monument and added that U.S. mining practices are the most environmentally sound and regulated in the world. The areas covered by the monument contain roughly 1.3% of the nation’s known uranium reserves, according to a senior administration official. Nuclear power supplies nearly 20% of U.S. electricity. Domestic uranium mining has dwindled in recent years, and raw uranium prices haven’t been high enough to encourage U.S. mining over cheaper imports.”
Ansari pointed out that more than a dozen tribes, including the Grand Canyon Tribal Coalition, had asked Joe Biden to declare the land a national monument. “It’s a gift to the United States. It’s a gift to the entire world,” Hopi Tribe Chair Tim Nuvangyaoma said earlier. The name of the new national monument comes from two native languages. Baaj Nwaavjo means “where tribes roam” in Havasupai, and I’Tah Kukveni means “our ancestral footprints” in Hopi, according to the tribes.

Mr. Biden shows no such restraint.
On August 8, he declared a national monument on 1,562 square miles in Arizona called Baaj Nwaavjo I’Tah Kukveni, meaning “where tribes roam.” The monument will conserve landscapes sacred to tribal nations and indigenous peoples and advance President Biden’s historic climate and conservation agenda, the White House says. The statement omits that the land also includes America’s only source of high-grade uranium ore that is economically competitive on the global market. The U.S. imports about 95% of the uranium used for nuclear power reactors, mostly from Kazakhstan, Canada, Russia, and Australia. Russia is the U.S.’s third-biggest uranium source.
Mr. Biden banned imports of Russian fossil fuels by executive order last spring, but U.S. nuclear plants continue to rely on Russian uranium for 12% of their fuel supply. The new national monument—the fifth of the Biden Presidency—will make it that much harder for the U.S. to replace Russian uranium. Vlademir Putin sends his thanks. The unstated purpose of the national monument appears to be to block uranium mining. Arizona Democratic Representative Raul Grijalva has proposed legislation that would permanently withdraw the Grand Canyon area from new mining claims. Tribes claim that uranium mining could contaminate water and wildlife. But a U.S. Geological Survey report in 2021 found springs and wells in the region met federal drinking-water standards despite decades of uranium mining. President Biden doesn’t seem to think it’s possible to develop and protect America’s natural resources at the same time, though miners have been doing so for decades. Progressives want to block all mining in the U.S., including for critical minerals such as lithium and nickel that are needed to power their green energy transition. But that means mining will occur in countries with fewer environmental protections.
There is currently no limit to a president’s power under the Antiquities Act to remove land from development and public use. Environmental groups even argue that presidents can’t roll back predecessors’ designations. This interpretation of one-way executive power is more sweeping than the Grand Canyon and is crying out for a legal challenge.

When Hillary Clinton declared that she was running for president, the Clinton Foundation announced changes to lessen concerns about potential conflicts of interest with such donations. The foundation stated that it would only accept donations from Western countries.
At the time when Russia’s annexation of Crimea and military invasion of Eastern Ukraine created a new Cold War between Russia and the United States and its European allies, it was damaging to national security to allow the sale of 20% of the U.S. uranium mines. We don’t want to be dependent on Putin for anything in this climate.” The ambassador stated that he was unaware of the Uranium One deal until asked about it.

One of the worst scandals is how the Clinton Foundation has accepted tens of millions from governments of foreign countries and individuals from the United States and foreign nations seeking favors from the State Department or from the Obama administration over several years.
No other president or secretary of state has ever created such a foundation to raise money in such a corrupt and criminal manner. There is no question that the Clinton Foundation is a criminal enterprise created to enrich Bill and Hillary Clinton.
During the 2016 presidential campaign, Donald J. Trump demanded that a special prosecutor be appointed to investigate the evidence of a “pay-to-play scheme” of trading favors for millions in donations to the corrupt Clinton Foundation. The Republican Party presidential candidate said on August 22, 2016, in Akron, Ohio, that the Clinton Foundation is “the enterprise most corrupt in the history of politics” and that it should be shut down. On August 22, almost 15,000 additional e-mails that Hillary Clinton failed to give were published. The trading of favors for cold cash by the very corrupt Hillary Clinton became a very important issue during the 2016 presidential campaign.
It is also one of the many reasons why Hillary Clinton lost the election. Clinton has always said that her election was stolen by Trump’s collusion with Russia. She violated election laws by initiating and paying for the false Russian collusion of Trump during the campaign with the help of the socialist mainstream media. Yet no special counsel was appointed to investigate her lies about Trump’s Russian collusion and for erasing 33,000 e-mails that had been subpoenaed by Congress, having an illegal server at her home with many top-secret classified documents, and destroying with hammers computers and I-Phones. Corrupt FBI Director James Comey said Hillary Clinton committed several crimes, but no federal prosecutors will ever indict her. It is obvious that we have a two-tier justice system where Democrats are allowed to commit serious crimes with complete impunity.

On August 9, 2023, Jessica Chasmar and Brooke Singman wrote an article titled “House GOP releases bank records on Hunter Biden payments from Russian and Kazakh oligarchs; total clears $20M” that was published by the website Fox News. The reporters said that House Oversight Committee Chairman Representative James Comer, a Republican from Kentucky, released a third 19-page memorandum on August 9 regarding the Biden family’s foreign business dealings, producing bank records showing that Hunter Biden and his business associates received tens of millions in payments from oligarchs from Russia and Kazakhstan when Joe Biden was vice president. The 19-page memo of redacted bank records explained that millions in payments came from the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings as well as from Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina and Kazakhstani oligarch Kenes Rakishev. It said that Vice President Joe Biden attended dinners with Baturina, Rakishev, and a representative from Burisma.
In April 2014, Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina, the widow of former Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov, sent Hunter Biden $3.5 million after meeting at Cafe Milano in Washington with Hunter Biden and Vice President Joe Biden.
The memo stated the following: “Then-Vice President Biden met—in person, for significant periods of time—with those individuals or their representatives. Then-Vice President Biden joined approximately 20 phone calls on speakerphone with Hunter Biden’s foreign business associates and attended dinners with foreign oligarchs who paid huge sums of money to Hunter Biden. Joe Biden, ‘the brand,’ was the only product the Bidens sold.”
This Third Bank Records Memorandum comes after two previous memos from the House Oversight Committee tying Biden family members to payments linked to entities in Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, and China. The committee said the foreign payments to the Biden family now add up to over $20 million.
Congressman James Comer, Republican from Kentucky, and Hunter Biden
Congressman James Comer stated in a press release announcing the release of the third memo that “During Joe Biden’s vice presidency, Hunter Biden sold him as ‘the brand’ to reap millions from oligarchs in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine.” This memo came from subpoenas of many banks not belonging to members of the Biden family, specifically “discusses three of the many firms founded by Hunter Biden: Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC; Rosemont Seneca Thornton, LLC; and Rosemont Seneca Bohai, LLC,” the reporters explained. The bank records showed that Baturina, the widow of former Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov, sent $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton on February 14, 2014. Hunter Biden’s longtime business partner, Devon Archer, confirmed the payment to Congress during his interview last week. A total of $2,752,711 was transferred to Rosemont Seneca Bohai, which Hunter co-owned with Archer.
The third memo stated that, according to Devon Archer in his House of Representatives interview, Vice President Joe Biden attended a dinner in the spring of 2014 with Baturina, Hunter, and others at Cafe Milano restaurant in Washington, D.C. During the congressional interview, Devon Archer also stated former Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov, Kazakh oligarch Kenes Rakishev, and “possibly” Luzhkov were also in attendance. In early 2023, Massimov was sentenced to 18 years behind bars for his reported role in an attempted coup.
The reporters wrote in Fox News that one year after the first dinner, Vice President Joe Biden attended a second dinner on April 16, 2015, with Hunter, Archer, and Vadym Pozharskyi, an executive at Ukrainian oil and gas company Burisma Holdings, at Cafe Milano. The third memo said the records showed that on April 22, 2014, Rakishev, whose father-in-law was the mayor of the capital city of Astana at the time, used his Singaporean entity, Novatus Holdings, “to wire $142,300 to the same Rosemont Seneca Bohai bank account, and that the next day, the exact same amount was wired out to a car dealership in New Jersey for a Fisker sports car for Hunter.”
Devon Archer also confirmed this payment during his interview with the House of Representatives. The memo also showed that payments from Burisma for both Hunter and Archer were wired to Rosemont Seneca Bohai. According to the bank records, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer each received $83,333.33 per month from Burisma, totaling $3,321,379.49 from 2014 to 2015. Congressman Comer said, “It appears no real services were provided other than access to the Biden network, including Joe Biden himself. And Hunter Biden seems to have delivered. This is made clear by meals at Cafe Milano, where then-Vice President Joe Biden dined with oligarchs from around the world who had sent money to his son.” The crack cocaine addicted and corrupt Hunter Biden was selling the “brand,” which was the quid pro quo or favors that his father would do to these oligarchs.

The FD-1023 FBI document showed that Burisma Holdings founder and CEO Mykola Zlochevsky was forced to pay the Bidens $10 million. The “Big Guy,” Joe Biden, flew to Ukraine and gave six hours to the President of Ukraine to fire the Attorney General of Ukraine, Victor Shokin.
Biden told the shocking story, laughing and bragging to various globalist members of the New World Order of the Council of Foreign Relations. Biden tapped his watch and told the President of Ukraine “You have six hours to fire the Attorney General of Ukraine, Victor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma, or you will not receive the $1 billion from the United States.” Biden, laughing hard, said, “And the son of b…fired Shokin.” This was a crime that was recorded in a video, but since Democrats can commit serious crimes with complete impunity, nothing happened to the very corrupt Joe Biden.
On July 20, 2013, Republican Senator Charles Grassley of Iowa said in a speech in the Senate that a highly trusted and well-paid FBI informant told the FBI in 2020 that Hunter Biden was hired by Burisma Holdings to use his father to help “protect” the Ukrainian gas firm Burisma from problems. The CEO and founder of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky, asked Hunter Biden to ask his father to come to Ukraine to “take care of” a Ukrainian Attorney General who was investigating this company for corruption.
“They hired Hunter Biden to protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of problems,” the well-paid informant reported to the FBI that a top Burisma official named Vadim Pojarskii declared during a meeting while Joe Biden was still vice president. This information was included in the FBI FD-1023 document that Senator Grassley, R-Iowa, released. “Shokin’s investigation into Burisma, which was made public at this time, it would have a substantial negative impact on Burisma’s prospective IPO in the United States,” the report said. “Zlochevsky replied something to the effect of, ‘Don’t worry, Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad.'”
The FD-1023 FBI document said that the CEO of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky, recorded 15 conversations with Hunter Biden and 2 with Joe Biden for protection. The document also revealed that Zlochevsky said that his dog was smarter than Hunter Biden. The FBI had covered up this document for several years to protect the Bidens.

In “Red Handed,” Peter Schweizer revealed that the Biden family received $31 million from individuals with direct ties to the highest levels of Chinese intelligence and that Joe Biden personally benefited while softening his position on China. Schweizer wrote that the five deals the Biden family made in China were with individuals with deep ties to the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party’s spy apparatus.
In May 2011, Joe Biden said the following: “China is not a threat to the U.S. A rising China was good for America and the world. China is going to eat our lunch? C’mon man. They are not bad folks. They are not competition for us.” These comments explain that Biden is very weak on China and that he has been bought off and is compromised by China, a nation that is an existential enemy of America. China has threatened to go to war against America over Taiwan. China is stealing our best military and industrial secrets with cyberattacks. China is killing over 100,000 Americans a year by sending the Mexican cartel the chemicals to produce fentanyl pills that enter America’s southern open border.
How much money has this corrupt criminal family received from a multitude of nations? Each day, as more bank transactions are discovered by the House Oversight Committee, the incredible amount of money that up to nine Biden family members, including grandchildren, have received increases. Some members of this committee think the amount of money will be more than $50 million.

The Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy, has said he is considering doing an impeachment inquiry as more crimes are discovered against President Joe Biden and his family. McCarthy needs to do it now. Joe Biden needs to be impeached as soon as possible, and Hunter Biden and other members of his family need to be indicted.
