Investment Giant Vanguard Has a Separate Leadership Program for ‘People of Color.’

The investment behemoth Vanguard, with over $7.7 trillion dollars currently under management, is now internally pushing a “Leadership Enablement Program” within the company, but it is only for “people of color,” an anonymous whistleblower within the organization revealed.

A screenshot of an email sent out to Vanguard employees states “Personal Investor Inclusion Champions are excited to announce this year’s solicitation of the Leadership Enablement Program. This unique opportunity, which is geared towards IC4 & IC5 POC (People Of Color) crew who have the ability and aspiration to move into leadership…”

A screenshot of a company email leaked by an anonymous Vanguard employee.

The investment firm is committed to pushing the racially-charged diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy, and states that they are committed to creating an “inclusive and equitable work environment that reflects a diverse community of talents…”

Except for the other demographics that do not fit into their “people of color” leadership program.

  1. As a white male, who watched promotion after promotion, given to inferior applicants who were anything but white males, I want to close my eyes on this life and see that white males are finally on an equal footing with non white males when promotions come.
