Trump’s Lawyer: Even If Trump Was Convicted, He Could Still Be President

Christina Bobb, one of Donald Trump’s lawyers, says that even if the president was convicted, he could still constitutionally be the president of the United States.

Bobb, a former news anchor for One America News Network, told Alex Newman, Liberty Sentinel CEO, that the indictment, arrest, and mugshot of President Trump are a ploy to keep him from winning the 2024 general election.

Newman and Bobb also dive into the first GOP primary debate, the second wave of COVID-19 lockdowns, and much more!

  1. Alex: There is a landmark legal opinion confirmed in a 9-0 unanimous decision of the US Supreme Court in Norton v Shelby County, TN 118 US 425 (1886) that properly defines the American Republic, using such important words as “usurpation” and “de facto” and “de jure” and “undelegated authority” and “ratification” and it stresses that our country would have to be “revolutionized” before our “republican form of government” were to become a “democracy” (where the lawless reign free outside of our constitutional rule of law). I pray that you will take the time to read this case. I have also created a 4 page analysis of this legal decision that I would be happy to share with you to make your reading of the case most productive. Blessings to you Alex Newman. Janice
